Aerial Silks & Aerial Hoop

Our unique Aerial Program for youth girls provides an opportunity for your daughters to learn acrobatic skills on both Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop (aka Lyra).  The children are given a proper warm up and stretch prior to their acrobatic aerial dance coaching sessions.  They will learn, at their own pace, a vast array of maneuvers, grips, poses plus flexibility training designed to build confidence, discipline & success in physical activities.

 

At GDS, we have the longest running aerial arts program in the Carolina's with the most combined experience and expertise to give your daughters only the best.  What's even cooler?  Moms can register and join in class too!  We have Mami and Me stretch classes, Granny and Me aerial classes, TEEN aerial classes and mixed aerial athletics for ages 5-90.

4 Class Pass = $125

12 Week Pass = $300

*Class passes are good for 30 days.

Recitals are held semi-annually, with opportunities to do other performances.
